Frequently asked questions

Is it normal for carbon brushes to produce sparks?

Please be assured that occasional sparking is normal in electrical devices as long as there are no obvious odors or unusual noises. Sparks can be caused by the operation of carbon brushes and generally do not pose a safety risk.

However, we recommend that you continue to monitor the product and consult a qualified electrician if you have any concerns.

What should you do if the bristles are too long?

Our product does indeed have a longer brush than conventional products. This is designed to improve durability. To solve the problem you mentioned, we will send you a washer. Once you install it on the grinding cup, the problem will be resolved, and the height will be similar to the brush.

After some time, when the brush is worn out, you can remove the washer and the grinding cup will return to the correct position and be almost flush with the brush.

Why does the device turn off automatically after being switched on?

Based on your description, the machine's overload protection has probably been triggered. We recommend letting the machine rest for a short time after 20 minutes of use to prevent overheating. Also, clean the air outlets regularly to prevent blockages, and avoid pushing the machine too hard during use—its own weight is sufficient.

Why is this model cheaper than other 1500W concrete grinders?

Model 01 (This Model) : This is our newest model, offered at a more affordable price. We've optimized the internal structure, allowing us to offer the product at a lower price while maintaining the same quality. However, this model does not come with a carrying case, which also contributes to cost reduction.

Model 20A : Compared to the HG0007, this model includes an additional carrying case for easier transport and storage. Due to this feature, the HG0008 is slightly more expensive than the HG0007.

Functional similarities : Aside from the features and price, the functional characteristics of both machines are essentially the same. Both models offer the same performance and quality in the execution of their functions.

Is the speed adjustable?

Of course! The speed controller is cleverly integrated under the protective rubber cover. This not only makes it easy to use, but also protects it from dust and dirt, ensuring a long service life.
